Gove Restoration LLC was selected by The Webb Deane Stevens Museum to carry out a complete exterior restoration of the Webb House in Old Wethersfield.  We are extremely excited about this project and its outcome, and we were honored to work on such a great piece of history in our neighborhood.

This restoration project was quite extensive and was carried out from March 2010 through June 2010.  Some of the work completed included removing paint from the existing clapboards and replacing clapboards that were beyond repair with vertical grain clapboards.  In addition to the clapboard restoration, we also restored the shutters which were removed from the house and we applied new paint to the entire house.
